1. Client assumes full responsibility for any allergic reactions, infections or injuries that may result from any of the services provided.

2. The client acknowledges that they have provided accurate information regarding any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that may impact the service process.

3. The service provider is not responsible for any damage to natural lashes resulting from the eyelash extension process.

4. The client is responsible for informing the service provider of any discomfort, irritation or adverse reactions during or after the makeup application or eyelash extension process.

5. The client is liable for any damage caused to the service provider's equipment, tools or supplies during the service process.

6. The client is responsible for following aftercare instructions provided by the service provider to ensure the longevity and safety of the given service.

7. The service provider is not responsible for any dissatisfaction with the final makeup look or eyelash extension results if the client has approved the look prior to completion. No refunds will be given at any time. Removals will be free in the case of an unexpected allergic reaction or other physical health issue. 

8. The client acknowledges that results may vary based on individual factors such as skin type, hair type, eye shape, and natural lash length and thickness.

9. The service provider is not responsible for any results that do not meet the client's expectations if the client has failed to communicate their desired look or preferences.

10. The client is responsible for scheduling any necessary touch-up appointments and adhering to the service provider's cancellation policy.

11. Client understands that a deposit amount is due and is non-refundable.

12. Client understands that cancelling or rescheduling an appointment  within 24 hours will result in paying the full amount for the service.

13. The Client understands that if they do not show up for their designated appointment they will not be allowed to come to another appointment, of any kind, at this business. If the client books an appointment regardless of this rule, their deposit will be non-refundable and the service provider will not provide the service.
